If your HP Printer is offline Windows 10, you can try the following steps to fix the issue:
1. Check the Printer Connections: Make sure that your printer is connected correctly to your computer and the power supply.
2. Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer and wait for a few seconds before turning it back on.
3. Restart the Computer: Restart your computer and check if the printer is back online.
4. Update Printer Drivers: Check if the printer drivers are up to date. Download the latest driver from the HP website if necessary.
5. Restart the Print Spooler Service: Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows + R keys. Enter services.msc in the box and press Enter. Look for Print Spooler in the Services window, right-click it and select Restart.
6. Reset the Printer: If the above steps don't work, you can try resetting the printer. To do so, disconnect the power cable from the printer, wait for a few seconds and plug it back in.
