Queridas amigas, ha sido un honor para mí compartir con todas vosotras la celebración del día internacional de la mujer.
Aprovecho para agradecer a Sylvia Sánchez Alcántara, a Lilia Sánchez Alcántara y a todo el equipo de mujeres lideres de retosfemeninos.com por la gran idea y el enorme esfuerzo que brinda espacio al dinamismo y desarrollo de las mujeres en nuestro país.
Son muchos los temas sobre los que me gustaría reflexionar en conjunto con vosotras, hoy volveré a referirme al autosabotage tratando de contestar algunas de las preguntas e inquietudes que me habéis hecho llegar.
El autosabotage es una manifestación poderosa de nuestra psique, de nuestra “alma” , que nos impide realizar nuestros sueños y proyectos conscientemente acariciados .
Nuestra salud, nuestro trabajo, nuestras relaciones, nuestro gozo, etc…, se ven obstaculizados, dañados, por esta energía interior que nosotras mismas creamos sin darnos cuenta claramente de cómo lo hacemos.
Superar el autosabotage requiere que entendamos que una es la visión consciente que tenemos de nuestra vida, de nosotras, de nuestras posibilidades, de lo que nos merecemos; Y otra muy diferente la visión que sostenemos sobre los mismos asuntos en nuestra mente inconsciente. Es ahí en nuestra mente inconsciente donde se encuentran los pensamientos y visiones que determinan lo que vamos a lograr o no.
Os hablaba en la conferencia de una imagen que puebla los oscuros rincones de nuestra alma, el de la bruja maléfica, la madrastra, que simboliza la descalificación, la autoagresión, el auto castigo, que sabotea la natural inclinación al crecimiento, la creatividad, el gozo, el movimiento… Mencione también los objetos envenenados que usó la madrastra de blanca nieves y que simbolizan las auto mutilaciones que debemos enfrentar:
El peine, a través del cual se ha modelado nuestro pensamiento sobre el mundo y nosotras mismas, el corsé, con el que se han estrangulado nuestras posibilidades de conexión y expresión de nuestros sentimientos y la manzana envenenada que nos lleva a establecer una conexión torcida con la realidad, con los otros y con nosotras mismas.
Todos estos elementos expresan el conjunto de normas y limitaciones que habitan en nuestro interior y que se manifiestan con sorpresa para nosotras en los fracasos y rupturas inesperadas.
Cuando frente a un fracaso no puedes entender que lo causó; cuando te sientes totalmente sin poder y cuando lo único que se te ocurre es enojarte contigo misma y castigarte, ha llegado el momento de enfrentarte seriamente con tu propia bruja.
Los argumentos del sabotaje se alimentan de culpa, vergüenza, de imperdonabilidad, de sentimientos de no merecer, de secretos imperdonables…
Superar el autosabotage es fácil y posible en la medida que estamos dispuestas a identificar y transformar los múltiples pensamientos negativos que sobre nosotras y nuestros proyectos se agazapan y aparecen insistentemente como gatos amaestrados.
Un ejercicio divertido que te propongo es dibujar en una cartulina a tu propia bruja y escribir todas las cosas horribles que se le ocurren (a ella) y que te viene repitiendo silenciosa y subrepticiamente en tu oido interior, descubrirás que son muchos y muy feos, después rompe con fuerza la cartulina y deja ir con los trozos rotos de papel su poder y maleficio.
